Shipping rates

Transport costs within the Netherlands cost €5.95 for a regular package.
Orders from €100 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

If there are no shipping options for your country, please contact us.

Customs and import duties
We are designers, not tax consultants. We unfortunately have no control over customs and import duties outside of the European Union. It is your own responsibility to pay import duties and any other applicable taxes.

Delivery

We strive to ship within 3 working day of purchase. We ship via DHL , PostNL or FedEx to offer you the best shipping method possible.

Domestic orders will take between 1 to 3 business days for travel. 

International orders will take 3-15 business days for delivery, depending on shipment company and country. This does not include customs delays.

Most shipments will supply a tracking number. This number will be send back to you so you can have a general idea of where your package may be.Smaller packages that fit through letterbox usually won’t have a tracking number.

Returns

Our products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number when returning your item. 

After we receive the return product, you will be reimbursed within 14 business days.

Only items that have not been used, have no stains or visible wear and are in their original packaging may be exchanged or returned

The costs and risks for return shipment will be for the buyer.

When orders are partially returned, shipping costs will be recalculated for the remaining products.

If you’ve accidentally received an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you.

Always inform us that you have returned a package to us. Send us a tracking number for the package so that we can monitor its arrival.
